Such an important Topic

What an excellent 45 minutes of my life! So insightful to hear about the experiences of the three guests and the impact our biases can have on our connection to each other especially when it comes to our medical treatment -both from the patient and clinician perspective! We need more discussions and dialogue on this to understand these experiences and what we can all can do to prevent these. It is a partnership on how we empower everyone to work to the top of their license without minimized friction. You all made the case for mentorship and the need to organizations to have venues to provide this. Thank you for a great episode.
